Where could AI help your business?

Start with work that repeatedly involves reading, writing or finding information. An assistant might prepare an enquiry summary, draft a reply from approved information, or organise requests for your team. The useful question is what should happen after the answer.

  • An assistant that answers from your approved business information
  • Enquiry summaries and draft replies for a person to review
  • A receptionist workflow that records requests and hands them to your team
  • Connections between an assistant, customer records and your existing tools

What happens in a consultation?

We walk through a task as you do it today: where the information comes from, which decisions you make, and what goes wrong. You get a proposed first workflow, the connections it needs, the questions still to resolve and a clear scope for a pilot. If a simpler automation fits, that becomes part of the recommendation.

How does the integration take shape?

Begin with one task and anonymised examples. We define the inputs, the intended output and the point where a person takes over. Then we build the connection, test normal cases and exceptions, and review the results against criteria agreed for your business.

  • Understand the workflow and choose one useful starting point
  • Agree the information, access and actions the assistant needs
  • Build a pilot and test it with representative examples
  • Review accuracy, handovers and running costs before expanding

How do you keep people in control?

Agree what the assistant may read, what it may change and when it must ask for help. Drafting a reply and sending it are separate permissions. The same applies to suggesting a booking and confirming one. A working integration needs visible records, a handover route and a way to pause it.

Can you see an example being built?

Fort Reception is an AI receptionist project currently in development for small accommodation businesses and trades. Its internal screens show call review and requests for the business owner. The project preview uses fictional demo data and shows work in progress, rather than a finished client result.

What should you bring to the first conversation?

Bring one task you would like to improve and the names of the tools you use. A short description or an anonymised example is enough to start. We can discuss the likely scope, data access, running costs and ongoing support before deciding what to build.
